Returns

• Eligibility: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items, final sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@looknbook.co.in with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions.
2. Pack Your Return: Safely pack the item(s) in the original packaging along with the return authorization number. Include all tags, accessories, and documentation.
3. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund Policy

• Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund within [5-7] business days.
• Approval: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within [7-10] business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
• Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

At LooknBook, we’re committed to delivering top-quality products and great service. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we’ll be happy to replace it at no additional cost.

Please note, we only offer replacements for items that are faulty or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, kindly contact us at contact@looknbook.co.in with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the damage.

Once we receive your request, our team will assess the details and respond promptly with the next steps to ensure a smooth resolution.

Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
• If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent). Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Return Policy

• For international orders, please contact us at contact@looknbook.co.in for return instructions. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Returns

• Looknbook is not liable for any products lost or damaged during return shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
